Our wire eroder has been delivered and its currently being commissioned. We predict that it will start being run in the next 15days as we are waiting for consumables. trials will commence in the coming days.

The company is in process of getting a 5 axis
wire cut by AGIE CHARMILLES. The Machine has been just purchased and will arrive in around 4 weeks. Services are targeted to start within the next eight weeks.

MALTA ENTERPRISE ISSUES LETTER OF INTENT - Tuesday, December 25, 2007
Malta Enterprise has issued a letter of intent making it possible for the company to expand its operation area in excess of an additional 250 sq Meters. Now we are awaiting MIP to provide us with a possible premises. This will enable us to
re-organise and introduce additional machinery to expand our services considerably

RELOCATION
Company seeks relocation to bigger premises
An application has been submitted to MALTA ENTERPRISE for allocation of a larger premises.
Currently we occupy 260sqm as from 1985 and we are looking at round 500/700 sq m.
Dedicated surface finishing processes like anodizing and chemical treatment will be developed extensively.
Metrology laboratory and sophisticated inspection facilities.
Wireut Machining will be introduced.
ISO 9000 2000 will be concluded
Airconditioning of CNC and conventionl machining areas.

Although this was a possible service we have now built up a siutable setup to produce colour anodized, the parts we manufacture.

From a small time beginning.....
The business was started up in 1987 by its present owner and initially it involved the making of small turned metal parts in very small batches using conventional lathes, for use in compressed air & hydraulics. At this time, tooling like small press tools, moulds and jigs were individually designed and manufactured for customers. ….a strong foundation!
Specialised equipment …….
At the beginning, it was not possible to produce large quantities of the same item in a reasonable time and viability so it was felt that the necessary equipment was required.
This led to machines like Pegboard Automatics, Cam Lathes and Capstan Lathes introduced to automate the production of these fittings and backed by a selection of conventional machinery. At some time the business obtained a patent for the design of a compressed air connection
Our Dream conceived …….
In 1995, the business invested in its first CNC machine. It was an interact 1 Bridgeport Milling machine with ISO 30 taper hand changed tooling and Heidenhain Controls. At the time it was a major investment….
Since then, the growth of the business increased steadily. The Company was registered as it picked up activity. Today we do not look back.
To date we are equipped with a selection 10 CNC machining & turning centres with different capacity. See our detailed list of CNC Machines.
October 2008…….
Our intention and plans are to be operational at our new plant at San Gwann Industrial Estate. Extensive facility with all amenities.
