AGIE CHARMILLES WIRE ERODER - Sunday, April 12, 2009
Our wire eroder has been delivered and its currently being commissioned. We predict that it will start being run in the next 15days as we are waiting for consumables. trials will commence in the coming days.

WIRE EROSION SERVICES COMING UP - Thursday, February 05, 2009
The company is in process of getting a 5 axis wire cut by AGIE CHARMILLES. The Machine has been just purchased and will arrive in around 4 weeks. Services are targeted to start within the next eight weeks.

Migrating to San Gwann - Sunday, November 02, 2008
Migration to the San Gwann Plant will begin within 2 weeks. It will take about one week to be fully operational again.

MIP ALLOCATES US IN SAN GWANN - Sunday, May 18, 2008
We are relocating to San Gwann Industrial Estate. The new area will be close to 700 Sq M. We hope to move within the next three months.

MALTA ENTERPRISE ISSUES LETTER OF INTENT - Tuesday, December 25, 2007
Malta Enterprise has issued a letter of intent making it possible for the company to expand its operation area in excess of an additional 250 sq Meters. Now we are awaiting MIP to provide us with a possible premises. This will enable us to re-organise and introduce additional machinery to expand our services considerably

RELOCATION
Company seeks relocation to bigger premises An application has been submitted to MALTA ENTERPRISE for allocation of a larger premises. Currently we occupy 260sqm as from 1985 and we are looking at round 500/700 sq m. Dedicated surface finishing processes like anodizing and chemical treatment will be developed extensively. Metrology laboratory and sophisticated inspection facilities. Wireut Machining will be introduced. ISO 9000 2000 will be concluded Airconditioning of CNC and conventionl machining areas.

Anodizing of poduced parts -
Although this was a possible service we have now built up a siutable setup to produce colour anodized, the parts we manufacture.
